Ordering

To order individual cards, simply print the Single-Card Order Form (page 2 below) and fill in the blanks. To order boxed sets, use the Boxed Set Order Form (page 3 below).  Send a check payable to Dianna Wisher to cover the total cost including shipping and handling. Allow 4 weeks for delivery. 

 
 
 

Pricing

Single cards are just $1.25 each, envelopes included.  Boxed sets of 10 are $11.00.
Be sure to include shipping.
Indiana residents add 5% sales tax.
No CODs or international orders, please!

Up to $20.00   add $4.99
$20.01 - $50.00   add $5.99
$50.01 - $79.00   add $7.99
$79.01 - $120.00   add $9.99
$120.01 - $199.00   add $12.99
$200.00 and over   add 8.5%
